These are awesome for working the inner thigh…which is a trouble area for most! Do 20 reps on each leg every day, and you’ll see great improvement in no time!!

This is so helpful to a student like me, who literally has no money by the end of the money. (I’m not sure if it was this blog, but my starbucks card has more money on it than my bank account does…)

Day 3: January 25, 2012

So I had to make a new tumblog, because I was just getting too confused. 
Summary:

I’m trying to become healthier, happier, and skinnier. I want to be comfortable with my body, and although I’m okay with myself by myself, I want to be okay with myself around others. That doesn’t mean I want to impress others, it’s just hard to explain.

CW: 156.8 lbs
UGW: 130 lbs
Current measurements: 38-32-42
Goal Measurements: 36-28-37

I’ll fill this blog with inspiration and health related things. Mostly to motivate me, but if they motivate others, then yay!
